My work spans PSP selection and commercial negotiations, PaymentIQ configuration, cashier launches, incident investigation and payment reporting. I work with engineering, operations, finance and compliance to move from requirements to implementation. I also independently designed and built a working reconciliation application with imports, transaction matching, exception review, reporting and audit trails, and prepared the tested application for engineering handover.
