Where is the documentation?
The documentation explains how to set up and use PaymentIQ. Some pages require an account. The official PaymentIQ website links to this portal under “PaymentIQ Login”; that link is for documentation.
How do I log in to the back office?
The back office is where your team views transactions and manages payment settings. Use the address provided by your company, because your setup may have its own address.
- Ask your team's PaymentIQ administrator for the correct link and an account.
- Check whether you need the test system or the live system. These are separate environments.
- If your password or permissions do not work, contact your administrator or your PaymentIQ contact.
A payment failed after you logged in? Read what to check when a payment fails.
Which links are useful for developers?
A cashier is the payment screen your customers use. The links below cover integration guidance, cashier configuration and Hosted Fields, which developers can use to add payment fields to a custom page.
Is PaymentIQ down, or is it just my account?
If you cannot log in, ask a colleague whether they can access the same system. If payments are failing too, check your team's official service-status or support channel. This page does not provide live outage information.
- Write down the exact error and when it started.
- Check whether the problem affects one user, one payment method or several.
- A payment being refused does not by itself mean PaymentIQ is unavailable.
Common questions
Can you reset my PaymentIQ password?
No. Your company's administrator or your PaymentIQ contact handles accounts and passwords. I help with payment configuration, reporting and operational problems.
Are the back office and documentation the same thing?
No. The back office is where your team works with transactions and settings. The documentation explains how PaymentIQ works. Your access to one may not give you access to the other.
